Adjustable Bed Wedge Pillow
Sleeping propped up takes the pressure off a tender abdomen.
After keyhole gallbladder surgery, lying flat can pull on the small incisions and make the trapped-gas discomfort worse. A wedge pillow keeps the upper body gently raised, which most people find far more comfortable for the first week or two, and makes getting in and out of bed easier too. An adjustable foam set can be reconfigured as recovery progresses.
